Hi, there! I’m glad you stopped by. My name is Whitney Werner, and I am the holistic health coach behind She Lives Fit. I am a busy mom, a professional singer, a novice runner, and lover of delicious cruelty free foods! I started my business in 2012 with an aim to help women achieve greater health and balance in their lives through holistic and realistic changes made gradually. After many years of experience working individually and in groups, I have finally found my true passion within coaching: Helping you adopt a more plant-based lifestyle.
I LOVE healthy and delicious vegan food. I am all about making your food TASTE amazing, as well as nourish your body inside-out to provide you with the vitality you crave. I know that obsessive nutrition never works long-term, nor does high restriction. (Everyone deserves wine and brownies in their lives!) That’s why I work with you to incorporate sustainable changes in a way that works for your busy life and family.
I would love to talk about what your goals are, whether you are currently vegan or vegetarian, or if you’re just dabbling with the idea of meatless-Mondays. Perfection is boring (and impossible), which is why I don’t take a strict approach with any dietary philosophy.
