Hi, I am Whitney Werner,
a holistic health coach,
and I’m crazy about plants
and delicious food.

I work one-on-one with clients to create a supportive and educational environment that will enable them to transition easily and realistically to a more plant-centric way of eating and living. 

If you have ever found yourself considering moving to a more plant-based way of eating and living, I can help. If you have currently made a switch to vegetarian or vegan, but feel a little lost with cooking skills or learning how to plan healthy meals that don’t rely on “vegan junk food” — I can help. If you are just curious about making tofu that doesn’t suck, or want to adopt a “Flexitarian” mindset with a few meatless meals per week — I can help. 

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. It’s even rarer to have the support and guidance you want and need to navigate your own kitchen and busy household! But let me assure you: You deserve both. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life incorporating more plant-based foods in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet program or lifestyle works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and reflect the happy, healthy and ethically-minded lifestyle you desire. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health and fitness goals.
