Programs & Instructional Sessions

INDIVIDUAL LIFESTYLE & FAT-LOSS COACHING (4 SESSIONS):   $450.00
This is where we plant your seeds of change. Together, we will discuss your goals and desires for your health and lifestyle, and learn about how to fit these changes into a reality that can be sustained without deprivation.

Your individualized program will include:

  • EITHER Two (2) one-on-one 60 minute coaching sessions per month (4 hour-long sessions total)
  • OR Four (4) one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions per month (8 half-hour sessions in total)
  • Personalized goal setting and assessment of current healthy lifestyle challenges
  • Introduction to healthy living, including nutrition, cooking, and balancing priorities
  • A variety of informational handouts, tips, and tools
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • Weekly text and email support available between sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled at a neutral location (in-person option only for hour-long sessions), or by Zoom video conferencing (30 or 60 min sessions) at a mutually agreed upon time each week. 


PANTRY RAID (1 hour + drive time):  $90.00
Want to get started, but feel clueless of what a healthy plant-based kitchen should look like? Need some guidance reading labels, making an “essentials” list, or organizing your existing spice collection? A pantry-raid is a great option to just get started on the road to eating plant-based. Without the right foods and equipment in your kitchen, you cannot achieve the changes you desire. 

GROCERY TOUR (1 hour + drive time):  $90.00
If the junk-food aisles at the grocery store whisper your name every time you visit, you may benefit from a guided grocery tour! During this session, I will help you find items essential to your plant-based kitchen needs, and learn more about what to look for on nutrition labels. We will look for foods you may have never used (TVP, vital wheat gluten, chia seeds, tahini, etc) and make sure you feel comfortable seeking out options that support your lifestyle.

BUNDLE & SAVE: $150.00 FOR BOTH (3 hours total)
*must be scheduled together as one 3 hour block.


PRIVATE COOKING LESSONS (SET OF THREE): $350.00 – 1 – 1.5 hr cooking lessons
This is where the fun happens. In these cooking lessons, we will learn easily applicable concepts in vegan cooking that you can work into healthy, delicious meals throughout your week. I know that the hardest part of trying something new is feeling like you’re going to be bad at it right away (trust me, I’ve made some nasty smoothies and really soggy tofu). So why not have some help as you get started, and know how to confidently whip up some tasty plant-based options?
