3-month & 6-month programs (duration of 6 months strongly advised for maximum efficacy)

Three-Month “Finding the Right Fit” Program:

This three-month “finding the right fit” program is designed for women who desire to learn more about their health and finding the right balance and “fit” for their lives in a world of ever-contradictory and evolving nutrition advice. It is an affordable option for those who value personal accountability over time, measurable progress, and a new, sustainable direction for good health. During these three months, we will work together to target areas of imbalance in your life, and find strategies for overcoming health challenges, losing weight, and feeling great! 

Three-Month program includes…

  • Two one-on-one 50 minute coaching sessions per month (six sessions total)
  • A one-week whole-foods based cleanse program to help you get started on the right track for healthy change
  • Personalized goal setting and assessment of current health-related challenges
  • Introduction to healthy living, including nutrition, fitness, and balancing priorities
  • A variety of informational handouts, tips, and tool
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • Weekly e-mail support between sessions

Six-Month “Fit it ALL in” Program: 

This personalized six-month “fit it ALL in” program is for women who are truly ready to make lasting, lifelong changes toward better health and overall wellness. During the six-months, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. You will be provided the personal support and accountability needed to make permanent gradual changes over time, which will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. This program is where dramatic and sustainable lifestyle changes will take place with personal attention to your unique goals and challenges.

  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • Complimentary attendance to any online teleseminars, and/or in-person workshops and health cooking classes

3-month & 6-month programs, designed for you and your loved one to make changes together!

Couple’s Coaching Programs follow the same principles and guidelines as the individual programs, and cover much of the same information. The difference is that you share session time with your loved one or spouse, and work on setting goals and making changes together. 

Also included in the couple’s coaching packages are these two special sessions, to take the place of two standard coaching sessions:

  • An hour long grocery shopping tour, complete with tons of handouts and tips for making healthy grocery shopping possible in your household. You will feel like you can conquer the grocery store with confidence and ease!
  • An hour long pantry and kitchen raid at your home. Coach Whit will join you in your home environment to help clean out the crud that still resides in your kitchen, and give helpful suggestions for reorganizing and stocking your pantry. A complete kitchen staples list is included with this session.
