I haven’t always known how to live.
I mean truly live.
What does it mean to fully live, fit in mind, body, and spirit? To me, it means finding fulfillment and balance in each day, nourishment from all parts of my life, and a joy that comes with taking care of myself to the best of my ability.
I began opening my eyes to the vibrant possibilities of living fit in early 2010.My personal journey has taught me more than any book could, and has brought me from a negative, overweight and self-loathing mess to who I am today: a confident, healthy and passionate woman, ready to take on the world and share the joy!
What did losing 40 pounds, transforming my diet, and achieving a physically fit body [for the first time in my life!] all teach me? That there is so much more to life than I ever imagined!
Each day, I continue to work toward balancing the ever-changing parts of my life, and I would love more than anything to help you along in your journey, too. I know what it feels like to be unhappy, unhealthy, and unwell. I also know what it feels like to be jubilant, healthy, and vibrant!

I can help. Along with the lessons I’ve learned from personal experience, I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
